Special conditions

1 —  All parts of Helper are installed in the factory, which eliminates the failure of the device. The CO2 cylinders in activation mechanism are tested in laboratory conditions and preclude self-replacement. Helper is a device with an estimated lifetime of several years depending on the intensity of use.  You cannot use the Helper device after activation for the second time.

2 —  When traveling by plane, as a rule, the Helper device must be transported in baggage. In most airlines it is prohibited to carry devices equipped with liquefied gas cartridges in hand luggage.

Based on a ruling of the IATA, the international trade association of the world‘s airlines, you are allowed to carry a total of no more than 50 grams of liquefied gas in one baggage. Each Helper device contains a Cartridge with 12 grams of pressurized, non-flammable CO2 gas which allows you to take up to 4 Helpers in one baggage. We recommend you to notify the personnel at registration desk that you have such safety devices in the luggage.

3 — The safety device Helper is not reusable. Reuse of Helper is completely excluded after it was activated.

4 — The device does not have any fuses against accidental activation. Keep the Helper right — prevent the triggering grip from being activated accidentally.

5 — Store the device at a temperature not exceeding 50 ℃, excluding access to pets and small children. Do not leave it for a long time in direct sunlight.

6 — Attention! The Helper device is not a life jacket or Personal Support Device (international abbreviation PFD), which are approved by special regulations and are required by instruction on various vessels. Helper is a buoyancy-supporting device that allows you to rest on the water in an unforeseen situation, which can be an effective first aid tool and can save your life.
